Slightly hidden behind our main bar, you'll find our beautifully decorated back room: Von Trier's Bitburger Stube. Featuring ornate German décor, authentic stained glass from Trier Germany, hand-painted murals, carefully-crafted wood carvings, antique Beer Steins, a historic Karl Ratzsch's antler chandelier, and more!

With comfortable seating for up to 50 for a sit-down event or up to 60 people for a cocktail style event, our Bitburger Stube provides a unique historic space to enjoy all that Von Trier has to offer. We offer multiple drink packages including a la carte and hosted open bar. Our catering menu features a variety of snacks and heavy appetizers, including, specialty meat and cheese platters, hummus, sausages, pretzels, and more! There's sure to be something for everyone.

Our private back room has its own set of private restrooms for your guests as well as your choice in music independent of the rest of Von Trier, and HDTV access for any videos or slide shows you may care to show.
